Management

The Management Board of ProCredit General Partner AG, the personally liable managing partner, is responsible for the management of ProCredit Holding’s business. ProCredit Holding has a strong management team to guide the operations of the ProCredit group. It comprises the following members:

 

Responsible for front office operations (the “Markt” side of the group’s business, according to the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority’s categorisation):

Dr Gabriel Schor, responsible for group supervision, treasury and funding; chairperson of the supervisory boards of the ProCredit banks in Ecuador and Germany.

 

Helen Alexander, responsible for business management and development, supervisory reporting and capital planning, reporting and controlling, accounting and taxes, legal matters and compliance.

 

Sandrine Massiani is responsible for human resources, IT and internal audit. 

 


Responsible for the group’s back office operations (the “Marktfolge” side):

 
Borislav Kostadinov, responsible for credit risk management, environmental management, group communications and investor relations; chairperson of the supervisory boards of the ProCredit banks in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia.


Dr Anja Lepp, responsible for risk control, operational risk management, financial risk management, AML and fraud prevention, administration and translation.


Formally, the management board is provided by ProCredit General Partner AG, the company which serves as the general partner (Komplementär) of ProCredit Holding AG & Co. KGaA.

Since we place great emphasis on transparency in everything we do, we are convinced that it is important to publish the salaries of our managers, who are our highest-paid employees. In 2015, the total compensation paid to the management of ProCredit General Partner AG as the representative of ProCredit Holding amounted to EUR 1,041,000.

 

Jana Donath is responsible for supervisory reporting and capital planning, finance, reporting and controlling, and accounting and taxes.


Rossana Mazzilli is the head of our legal department. Before joining ProCredit Holding, she was with Clifford Chance, an international law firm.

The management board is supported in all other areas by a team of experienced specialists and managers who plan and implement group-wide initiatives in various areas and who guide the implementation of the respective group-wide strategies.
Our international audit team, which works closely with the internal audit departments of each bank in which the holding company invests, is made up of highly experienced specialists.
